Annual Report / Budget Proposal

Directions for Submitting Budgets:

  1. Attend House of Representatives meeting
  2. Submit Annual Report with attached budget request form (google form) by February 21st.
  3. Submit Budget increase form (google form), if requesting for higher budget.
  • Failure to attend House of Representatives meeting will result in a 10% deduction of finalized budget amount.
  • Failure to submit pertinent documents by February 21st will result in a 20% deduction of finalized budget amount.
  • Any budgets submitted after March 6th will not be considered.
  • Directions on how to attach budget request form and budget increase form to the annual report is explained below.
  • The Finance Committee and Student Senate reserves the right to make a percentage cut off the top of all club’s budget

Tips for Budgeting:

  • Specify all items requested with as much detail as possible
  • Know the finance committee funding guidelines policy
  • Stop by Vlazny 104 or contact an executive board member for questions

Accessing Google Doc Request

Step 1:

Open form from above (must be logged into Saint Mary’s University Email account)

Step 2:

Make a copy of the form


Step 3:

Rename file (YourClubName_TypeofRequest.xlsx). Save the file anywhere on your google drive


Step 4: 

Directions on how to fill out the form are explained on the file.


Step 5: 

Once the form is finished and all sheets are filled out, click the share button on the top right-hand corner.


Step 6: 

Copy the link (make sure the document is set to: Anyone at Saint Mary’s University can view/edit the link).


Step 7: 

Paste the link into the Annual Report google form attached above (see button).
